RETURNS
All returns must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original seals and packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item,please email The Design Rooms with your order number, a picture/scan of your proof of purchase.If an exchange is required include what item you would like to exchange with.And post your return to the following address: The Design Rooms 5 Pennymead, Momples Road,Harlow CM20 3HU
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.We do not refund any shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.However if you are local, you are welcome return the item/s back to the salon yourself and your refund or exchange will be processed
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange Please allow at least 5 working days for a refund.All refunds are issued according to the original payment method.
